Accessibility is an ongoing practice

Last updated September 3, 2026

PodDrop LLC is committed to making getpoddrop.com usable by people with a wide range of abilities, devices, browsers, and assistive technologies. We continue to evaluate and improve the experience as the storefront changes.

If a barrier prevents you from accessing information or completing an order, contact PodDrop. We will work to provide the information or service through a reasonable accessible alternative.

01. Accessibility goal

PodDrop’s goal is to align the storefront with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA where reasonably possible. These guidelines support people with visual, auditory, motor, speech, cognitive, learning, language, and neurological disabilities.

02. Features and design practices

The theme is designed to support semantic headings, keyboard navigation, visible focus states, form labels, image alternatives, scalable text, readable contrast, descriptive links, responsive layouts, and reduced-motion preferences where applicable.

03. Browser and assistive-technology support

The site is intended to work with current versions of major browsers, operating systems, screen readers, keyboard controls, zoom tools, and mobile accessibility features. Older or unsupported technology may not provide the same experience.

04. Third-party content and services

Checkout, payment, subscriptions, reviews, embedded media, social content, and other third-party features may be controlled by outside providers. PodDrop encourages accessible services but cannot directly modify every third-party interface.

05. Ongoing testing and improvement

Accessibility work includes reviewing templates, navigation, content structure, forms, color contrast, keyboard use, images, and new integrations. Automated testing can identify many issues but does not replace manual review and user feedback.

06. Requesting help or an alternative format

When reporting a barrier, include the page address, task you were trying to complete, device or assistive technology if comfortable sharing it, and the best way to contact you. PodDrop can help with product information, policy content, or an order through an alternative channel when reasonably available.

07. Updates and feedback

This statement may be updated as the site and standards evolve. Accessibility feedback may be submitted through the PodDrop contact page or by emailing sales@getpoddrop.com.
