SECTION 2 - ELIGIBILITY

SECTION 3 - PRODUCT INFORMATION

PodDrop provides live aquatic products, including copepods and phytoplankton. We strive for accuracy in descriptions, images, and pricing, but do not warrant that all content is error-free. Product availability, descriptions, and prices may change without notice.

SECTION 4 - ORDERS & PAYMENT

  • Order Acceptance: Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

  • Pricing: All prices are in USD and may change without notice. Free shipping applies to orders over $75 within the US.

  • Payment: We accept major credit/debit cards and other methods listed at checkout. Payment must be received in full prior to order processing.

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirming your order details. Please review for accuracy.

 

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Regions: We ship to all US states.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days after payment, unless otherwise stated.

  • Shipping Method: Live goods are packed in insulated containers and shipped via expedited service.

  • Shipping Fees: Orders over $75 ship free; otherwise, a flat rate applies, shown at checkout.

  • Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • Delivery Issues: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses.

 

SECTION 6 - LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE & CLAIMS

  • Live Arrival Guarantee: We guarantee that live goods will arrive healthy.

  • Claims: If your order arrives in poor condition, contact us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and product.

  • Resolution: Approved claims will receive a replacement shipment. Refunds are not offered for live goods.

  • Exclusions: Claims submitted after 2 hours from delivery or without required photos may not be honored.

 

SECTION 7 - RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • No Returns: Due to the perishable nature of live goods, we do not accept returns.

  • Refunds: Refunds are only considered in the event of a failed replacement under the Live Arrival Guarantee, at our discretion.

You may create an account for faster checkout and order tracking. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.

 

SECTION 9 - INTELECTUAL PROPERTY
