At PodDrop LLC (“PodDrop,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we offer convenient subscription services to ensure your reef aquarium always receives the freshest live copepods and phytoplankton. This Subscription Policy explains how our recurring orders work, what you can expect, and your rights and responsibilities as a subscriber.
SECTION 1 - OVERVIEW OF PODROP LIVE REEF NUTRITION SUBSCRIPTIONS
Recurring Deliveries:

Subscriptions provide automatic, recurring shipments of your selected PodDrop live goods at your chosen frequency (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly, monthly).

Customization:
You can select your preferred blends, quantities, and delivery intervals during sign-up. Changes can be made at any time through your account dashboard.
SECTION 2 - SUBSCRIPTION SIGN-UP

Eligibility:
Subscriptions are available to customers in all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. -
Account Creation:
You must create an account with a valid email address and payment method to manage your subscription. -
Order Confirmation:
After subscribing, you’ll receive an email confirming your subscription details, schedule, and first shipment date.
SECTION 3 - BILLING & PAYMENT
Automatic Billing:

Your chosen payment method will be charged automatically on the renewal date (based on your selected frequency).

Payment Methods:
We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. -
Failed Payments:
If a payment fails, we’ll notify you by email. Your subscription will be paused until payment is updated and processed.
SECTION 4 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping Schedule:
Subscription orders are processed and shipped according to your selected frequency. You’ll receive an email with tracking information for each shipment. -
Packaging:
All subscription shipments receive the same careful, insulated packaging and expedited shipping as standard orders to ensure live arrival. -
Shipping Fees:
Free shipping is available for recurring orders over $75 per shipment. Orders under $75 incur a flat shipping fee, displayed at checkout. -
Address Changes:
Update your shipping address in your account at least 48 hours before your next scheduled shipment to avoid delays or lost packages.
SECTION 5 - MANAGING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

Account Dashboard:
Log in to your account to view, pause, skip, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time. -
Pausing/Skipping:
You may pause or skip upcoming shipments as needed, provided you do so at least 48 hours before your next billing date. -
Editing Products or Frequency:
Change your product selection or delivery interval through your dashboard or by contacting our support team. -
Cancellations:
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations made after a renewal date will apply to the next billing cycle; shipped orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
SECTION 6 - LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE & REFUNDS

Live Arrival Guarantee:
Every subscription shipment is covered by our Live Arrival Guarantee. If your live goods arrive in poor condition, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photos to request a replacement. See our [Refund Policy for Live Goods] for full details. -
Refunds:
Subscription orders are non-refundable once shipped, except in cases covered by our Live Arrival Guarantee. If a replacement is not possible, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
SECTION 7 - COMMUNICATION & NOTIFICATIONS

You’ll receive email notifications for each renewal, payment, and shipment, including tracking information. -
Account Reminders:
We’ll notify you of failed payments, expiring cards, or required updates to your subscription information.

Ensure your shipping address, payment details, and contact information are current and correct. -
Receiving Shipments:
Arrange to receive your live goods promptly on the day of delivery to ensure viability and eligibility for our Live Arrival Guarantee.

We may update this Subscription Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the effective date. Continued use of your subscription constitutes acceptance of any changes.
