Scientific names such as Tigriopus californicus, Tisbe biminiensis, Apolcyclops panamensis, Tigriopus sirindhornae, Oithona colcarva, Parvocalanus crassirotris, Acartia tonsa nad Nitokra lacustris, or other biological terms used on this Website are provided solely for accurate species identification and educational purposes.


PodDrop LLC does not claim ownership over naturally occurring species or generic scientific terminology.
All references to such terms remain factual and publicly available under scientific naming conventions.

  1. Identification of the removed material and its prior location;

  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification;

  3. Your name, address, phone, and email; and

  4. Your consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. District Court for your district (or for Arizona, if you reside outside the U.S.).

 

PodDrop LLC will reinstate the material upon receipt of a valid counter-notification unless the complainant initiates legal action within the statutory period.

 

SECTION 10 - REPORTING MISUSE OF PODDROP CONTENT

If you discover another website, marketplace listing, or social-media account using PodDrop materials without authorization, please notify us at legal@getpoddrop.com with the link or screenshot.
We actively monitor and file takedown requests against unauthorized distributors and counterfeit content.
